A Cassisian Angel, Helgarval’s mission is to find and disperse the evil he feels in Kalsgard; namely the Frozen Shadows assassin guild and the Oni behind it. He met the party on Snorri Stone-eye’s funeral ship and pointed a finger (or feather) at the Rimerunner’s Guild. He has followed the party since then.

He seems to like perching on Tamriel’s head.
